Jay's voice has been described as : Friendly, Edgy, Fun, Trustworthy, Textured, Caring, Storyteller, Approachable, Folksy, Strong, Clever, Charismatic, Playful. Jay grew up just south of Boston and studied theater at Dean College and Bridgewater State. He traveled New England for many years with the Improv troupe Speed of Thought Players. He spent 4 years working at The Medieval Manor in Boston before traveling the country for two years performing children's theater. He came to Los Angeles in 2006 for the On-Camera world and found a love behind the mic in 2010. Jay's a true actor through and through and loves to collaborate with directors and producers. He's also created some incredible resources for the VO Community.
