OutSpoken Voices, like many agencies, determines the cost of corporate voiceovers by considering the script's length and usage rights. We typically offer our services at a rate of £250 per hour. An experienced artist can efficiently record between 1500 to 2000 words during this time.

There's typically no additional usage fee for recordings used solely within your organization. However, a usage fee is applicable if the recording is intended for online platforms, such as your company's website. This fee is calculated based on the number of websites featuring the recording and the duration it remains there. For instance, if the recording is hosted on a single website for a year, the usage fee would be £250, equivalent to 100% of our standard hourly rate.

Yes, all our artists have their voice reels attached to their profiles. They are also happy to record a customised audition for you. Either email us your brief together with a sample script or post a free casting on our platform.

At OutSpoken Voices, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with the recordings our artists deliver. If you have any feedback or need modifications in tone or pace, our artists are more than willing to accommodate and provide additional recordings, known as 'pickups'.

Please note that if there are changes to the script after the initial recording has been completed, we will need to charge a pickup fee.

3. Comprehensive Online Research: We conduct detailed online research, look for verified client reviews, and listen to additional demos to better understand the artist's capabilities and reputation.


4. Direct Artist Engagement: In cases where further clarification is needed, we simply contact the artist directly for additional information.
